It has been too long since I was last here. I just cant believe that Michael Jackson has died. Today is the memorial. I plan on watching. It is kinda weird to me. I grew up on his music. I never believed it when he was accused of child molesting. Even though I did not know him personally I mean he did not have much of a childhood growing up. He was always singing and dancing so he had a child like brain which people make fun of but I think that it is great. I am 37 and I certainly do not act like it. I chase the kids around the house and I am always goofing off with them and pulling little jokes on them. It keeps you young. RIP Michael Jackson.

On another sad note we had to have our dog put down she was close to 15 years old and was having a few health issues. We could have spent alot of money on her but what quality of life would that have been for her? So we made the decision as a family. I must say that it is really different without her around. We had her close to 6 years. RIP Lady you were a great dog.

In good news, I think that I found my stitching mojo!! With the kids in bible school in the morning I started up a new project that should get me going. I will take some pics and post them. Well not much else to report for now....thanks for stopping in........

I am currently battling a sore throat as well as a upset stomach. My work situation has not been great. I find alot of people are not happy and it is dragging me down. I cant change my work situation though because I need the job. The hours and the weekends off and I generally like what I do. It is not rocket science but I enjoy it.

I am so looking forward to watching big brother this july! I love that show it is awesome :) I did miss though the entire season of house but I am going to catch up on that through tv dome.

My DD has 5 days of school left! Where did the year go????? Then my DS will start in Sept so crazy!!

I have lost my stitching mojo if anyone finds it please let me know. I think that it has to do with that I cant really concentrate lately. Maybe when DS is in school I can start it up again. I also think that it has to do with the weather. I dont want to hang out in the house as much anymore.

I love Nancy Grace but have such a hard time watching it lately. It always seems like the media gourges itself on bad news. Where are the feel good stories? Why do we have to constantly be fed news that make you want to curl up in a corner and cry your eyes out. YES there are bad stupid moronic people out there. Why remind us? This is the main reason why I dont want the news as much anymore.

THIS SUCKS!!! Poor Betty ditched again by that dumb Archie!!

Ben and I finally picked up a new water pump on Sat. We were going to buy it at kent because that was the cheapest place however we ended up going to a specialist.  Jims pump shop.  He sures knows about pumps.  He was a bit more expensive but Ben figures that if he has any questions he can always go back there whereas who would he talk to at kent?  We were kinda surprised though because when we went around pricing the pumps kent was the cheapest.  Usually Kent is the most expensive as it is owned by the irvings and you dont want to get ben started on the irvings.  He hates them.  LOL  

My daughter was asked to go to Nova Scotia parsboro, on Friday.  With much debate Ben and I agreed to let her go.  After she left I was strike by a bad case of nerves.  What have I done?  She is so little?  What if something happens?  Will she be lonely?  What if she fell?  Just on and on.  Finally I heard from her and the happiness in her voice put me at ease.  She was having a great time and would be home sunday afternoon.   My son sure missed her though.  His constant companion but Ben and I kept him busy.  Yesterday was major cleanup day here with laundry to be done and get started on cleaning out the kids rooms.  I have to keep asking myself how can 2 little kids gather so much clutter?  Is it me or my aunt???? 

I am so behind in my shows, I need to catch up on lost,prison break, survivor, nip tuck,ugly betty.  One show that I constantly watch on time is Greys anatomy and desperate housewives. The season finale blew my mind.  Poor izzy and George.  Not sure which one is coming back next year.  DH was awesome as usual.  All I can say is that Mike better have married susan not stick up her butt katherine!!  LOL  

Not much to report on the stitching front.  It just seems that I have not had the time lately to work on any of my projects.  I have to get my son ready for school and with all the housework and then my daughter is home from school and homework blah no time! I will have plenty of time when my son starts school.  I keep telling myself that.  

Anyways I should run and keep going at my daughters room.  We are repainting her walls and giving her a bit of a more grown up room.  Should be fun.....till next time....thanks for stopping in :) 

I am back.  My computer is running ok.   My honey found me a fan.  I am still planning to get another computer as I find this one has been running slow ever since the crash and then that virus attack that I had a couple of months ago.  

I am a aunt again!  My little sister gave birth to a boy a little after midnite May 10.  Nice gift for Mothers day eh?  That brings my total to 8 nephews and 2 neices.  :)  I sure wish though that I could have been there.  It is pretty hard to be so far away.  I am glad for the internet to keep in touch though.  

I am really bad with jumping projects.  I picked up another project that I had not finished a couple of months ago and I am working on getting that one done.  I will post a picture later today.  I am trying to justify in my head that easter is over so I can hold that project off!  I am so bad.  Now that I know the sex of the baby that my sister had.  I am going to head to micheals and buy a quilt to stitch  with winnie the pooh on it.  

I am still battling this cold that I caught last week.  It sucks.  LOL
